What is the point of having it in Essentials if its already in Extra?

Adobe plans to update NPAPI Flash to latest versions, PPAPI version is now distributed by Adobe and not Google.
This means that later in time it'll become reasonable to merge chromium-pepper-flash into flash-player (this package).
chromium-pepper-flash is in Essentials, so right now merging it to flash-player will mean moving from Essentials to Extra. I'm not sure how many people have Essentials installed but don't Extra, so I'd rather have flash-player in Essentials – that way nobody will loose any updates.
