- Update to version 0.12.0:
  * Add aacs2_get_bdj_root_cert_hash().
  * Add a tool to dump the content of a CCI file.
  * Allow overriding the configuration directory with the AACS_HOME
    environment variable.
  * aacs_info: add support for unmounted discs.
  * Honor the configfile_path parameter when reading MK and VID.
  * Error out on discs using an unsupported AACS version
    (AACS_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED_DISC).
  * Improve error handling and resilience (key derivation, MMC and
    cache errors).
  * Fix several memory leaks.
  * Fix incorrect memory allocation for encrypted unit keys.
  * Fix reading drive certificate with some drives.
