- Create and install pc files for pkg-config:
  * add qwt-6.1.3-pkgconfig.patch
  * add qwt-6.1.3-mkspecs.patch
- Update patch: qwt-rpath.patch > qwt-6.3.1-rpath.patch
- Use sover macro
- Use /etc/rpm/macros.qt5
- Change path to the qwt headers
- Build the examples modules
- Use mkspecs directory
- Drop the qwt6-qt5 package (use libqwt-qt%%sover)
- Add Conflicts: otherproviders(qwt-devel)
- Use license macro on openSUSE >= 42.2
- Add man page
- Spec file cleanup

- Added qwt-rpath.patch vs. not allowed rpath.
- Added qwt-qt5.patch to get parallel-installable qt5 version
  (thanks to Fedora maintainers.)

  * fixes at QwtPlot, color maps, controls and scales.
- Removed Mandriva support.
- Renamed qwt-6.1.0-rpath.patch to qwt-rpath.patch
  because upstream doesn't want merge it. Updated.
