- Remove netcdf from BuildRequires

- Build with kodi's ffmpeg, version 17.x doesn't work with 
  ffmpeg 3.4.
- Added kodi-tools-libdir.patch to fix libdvd build.
- Added unneeded return to switch statements in libdvdnav-master
  vmget.c to silence rpmlint errors.
