- Pipewire currently creates more issues than benefits on Leap;
  use new conditional "kodi_without_pipewire" to enable or disable it.
  We default to disable it now on Leap.

- Always assume "with sysffmpeg": All of our target platforms have
  a suitable version of ffmpeg packages, therefore comment most of
  the "with/without sysffmpeg" stuff which helps to avoid
  downloading an outdated tarball which doesn't get used at all.
- Make all other SourceN archives downloadable via _service.
- Do not restrict the Java version anymore.
