- update to 2.2:
  * adds Esperanto and Bosnian translations, updates the Slovak, Italian,
    Portuguese, and Japanese translations
  * write only ID3v2 tags (no more ID3v1 ones)
  * support XDG_CONFIG_HOME
  * support using Genere in filenames

- update to 2.1:
  * Basque and Urdu translations were added
  * a crash at startup that happened on some systems was fixed
  * a bug where the selected destination folder was lost when the prefs window is open was fixed
  * some tooltips were fixed
  * system umask is now obeyed when creating directories
  * the year for file/directory names and tags is now editable
  * -Y and -Z options are no longer passed to cdparanoia, for better quality rips

  * a bug has been fixed that was introduced in 1.9.2: the Ogg title was switched with the year and some memory was getting corrupted

- This release adds Arabic, Slovenian, Latvian, and Slovak translations.
- It adds Musepack support, AAC support with the Nero encoder, and
  Monkey's Audio support.
- The CDDB server and port are user-configurable.
- There are some minor usability fixes.
